Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Position Type:

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage:

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
