Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment safely
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
