Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
