Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
• Communicate clearly with store management, give feedback on products, and assist in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Fulfill state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
