Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
