Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi’s enthusiastic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Assist in store inventory counts and contribute feedback on products and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
