Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining merchandise displays, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and collaborate with team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
