Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure operational efficiency and a pleasant shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the team on operational tasks and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
