Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cashiering skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
