Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
