Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by managing merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and tidying up displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
