Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies to ensure operational efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
