Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will engage in various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Contribute to monitoring inventory accuracy and following cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
