Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
