Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
