Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and uphold ALDI's professional standards.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
