Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
