Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
