Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
