Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall team effort. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, handle inventory, and operate cash registers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently.
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
