Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
