Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to the highest standards. By collaborating with our team and providing exceptional customer service, you will help uphold our commitment to excellence.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks with or without accommodation.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
