Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a key member of the store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash registers accurately
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
