Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate company values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
