Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our energetic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies and minimizing losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
