Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the store team, you will be involved in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure our store is always at its best.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate necessary equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
