Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment operation
• General cleaning skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Prior retail work experience is preferred
