Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
