Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and display merchandise neatly.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
