Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. By collaborating with team members and management, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure store cleanliness, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
