Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in various store tasks such as stocking merchandise and maintaining displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
