Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store meets its merchandising and customer service goals. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service, stock merchandise, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
