Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's impeccable appearance. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, work with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties, operate equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards.
• Communicate effectively, work independently and in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
