Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
