Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Storewide Team Members at Whole Foods Market. As a Storewide Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce/Floral, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining cleanliness in your assigned department.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cases and shelves.
• Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising.
• Follow established procedures for health, sanitation, and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• No prior retail experience required.
