Storewide Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking Storewide Team Members to join the Whole Foods Market team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. Team Members will provide exceptional customer service, stocking, and sanitation support in their assigned departments to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties according to department requirements.
• Prepare, store, rotate, and stock products while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, shelves, and cases.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold Whole Foods Market standards.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory checks and pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
