Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store located at 3087. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading our team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve guaranteeing top-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and upholding all JIB procedures, systems, and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 6 months of continuous JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions. Alternatively, 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and, where applicable, hold ServSafe certification. Strong communication skills in English are required, with additional languages beneficial. Other essential qualities include interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic math, adaptability, analytical thinking, organizational skills, self-motivation, basic computer literacy, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Physical Requirements: This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items during the shift. It also includes operating a cash register and understanding guests' orders.
