Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to join Store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in some states, be ServSafe certified. Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, good organization, and willingness to take initiative.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk 90%-95% of shift, lift/carry 15-25 lbs, operate a cash register, and maintain good guest interaction.
