Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role will include ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months at JIB or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
- Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English. Additional language skills may be required based on location.
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift weight, operate cash register, and listen effectively.
