Job Description

Whole Foods Market is currently hiring Team Members for various departments within our store. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, maintaining cleanliness, and following company procedures. No prior retail experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and cases.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a clean working environment.

Desired Work Experience

  • No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
  • Exposure to various temperatures and FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work in wet and/or cold environments.
