Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat and orderly.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product quality and customer issues.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures and work both independently and as part of a team.
