Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate ALDI's core values, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Customer service experience
- Efficient cash register operation skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
