Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing excellent customer service. This position involves stock management, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
- Proficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow company policies, handle inventory, and communicate clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
