Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment.
- Stock merchandise neatly and assist customers in their shopping experience.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Efficiently operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and as part of a team following instructions and procedures.
