Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
