Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail operations is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
