Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operations. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store appearance.
• Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Following company guidelines for inventory management, cash handling, and cleaning tasks.
• Adhering to all established policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to operate required equipment efficiently, including cash registers and cleaning tools.
