Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines for efficient handling.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform tasks efficiently within company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
