1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team at ALDI. As an entry-level warehouse worker, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores for our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate within designated responsibilities to achieve goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
