Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are essential in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle product up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate machinery safely.
